Two Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream, Low Cal and Delicious!

Great Recipe for a Low Calorie Banana Peanut Butter 2 Ingedient Ice Cream
Even though you do not have to follow a diet on Skinny Fiber to lose weight, you will see once the weight starts coming off the urge to live healthy will come. Here is a delicious, healthy recipe that literally takes 5 minutes to make.


Two-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream


Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, add frozen bananas and start processing.
  2. Stop after a minute or so to scrap down sides if you see it starting to stick.
  3. At first you will notice the bananas start to resemble small dots and chunks. Keep processing and stopping to scrape until the banana comes together and resembles soft-serve ice cream. This whole process should take between 3 and 5 minutes.
  4. Add in peanut butter and blend for 30 seconds to combine.
